1. Introduction​


This Privacy Policy describes the manner of collecting, processing and using the information that Saber Technologies gathers about you when you visit or use the website and our mobile service or mobile application. By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use Saber Technologies  is committed to respecting and protecting your online privacy. We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative and technological safeguards and security measures to protect against unauthorized access to all information that we collect. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, We will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. The information collected may be shared with the Contractors, Consultants, Virtual Assistants or Employees (collectively referred to as “Service Providers”). In order to safeguard your privacy, Saber Technologies signs a contract and a Non-disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) with every such Service Provider. Any breach of privacy or leakage of client information by the Service Provider amounts to a breach of the NDA, for which appropriate legal action would be taken against the Service Provider. However, We are not liable or responsible for such breaches of privacy which are attributable to the Service Providers.

Sabet Technologies is a platform for engaging Service Providers for providing help with technical, non-technical and/ or specialised professional services for entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals (“Service(s)”). The personal information collected is for the limited purpose of fulfilling your service request. We use the information that we collect to provide the products or Services that you request, to improve and customize our Service, and to contact you about special promotions and new products. You should feel free to decline to provide any information that we request. Information collected from Service Providers: We also receive personally identifiable information when you apply for a job in the “employment” section of the website. Any such information gathered through that section will be used solely to evaluate whether your background and experience make you a candidate for a career with Wishup.Information we collect from Third Parties:We may collect information about you from the parties and Services that we, or our Service Providers, engage or interact with in order to provide the Services requested by you. We (and/or Service Providers) may collect information about you from third parties with whom you wish us to engage on your behalf. You can access the data that we have  about you. You can also request for your data to be deleted  from the event that you no longer wish to subscribe to our Services. You can access the data that we have  about you. You can also request for your data to be deleted  from the event that you no longer wish to subscribe to our Services. Wishup does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register as Users. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

11. Third Party Web Sites And Services​

In order to provide our Service, it is necessary for us to share your information with third parties (such as restaurants, travel agencies, retail merchants, etc) who help us provide our Services to you. Because of the nature of our Service, you may not know the identity of the third party vendor or service provider we share your personal information with in order to fulfill your request until your request has been fulfilled. We do our best to work with only reputable service providers, but we are not responsible for the data collection and use practices of these third party services. By electing to use our Service, you agree that we may share your personal information with these service providers for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Our website may integrate with or contain links to other third party sites and services. We are not responsible for the practices employed by third party websites or services embedded in, linked to, or linked from our website and your interactions with any third-party website or service are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. Wishup uses Paypal, Razorpay, CitrusPay, Instamojo, Paytm wallet & Other Payment Gateways to process payments and does not store your payment information or process payments. However, your information, including payment information, may be stored by third parties that transmit or process this data on our behalf, including Instamojo , Paytm wallet and others, which transmits text messages on our behalf. This Privacy Policy does not govern the data practices of our third party service providers.

In the event Saber Technologies goes through a business transition, such as a merger, reorganization, financing, change of control, or acquisition or sale of all or a portion of our business, we may transfer your personal information as part of the transaction.
